    The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of computer networks, cyber security, databases, water process functionality, and quality assurance procedures. They should have experience in troubleshooting and configuring PLCs and HMIs, including database management and reporting. Familiarity with programming and configuring Rockwell PLCs is preferred, along with the ability to read and understand process flow charts, engineering drawings, and schematic diagrams. Experience with AutoCAD and the ability to update engineering drawings is also preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to be on call during nonbusiness hours.

    The Black Achievers Scholarship offers two $5,000 annual, renewable scholarships exclusively for African American students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
